Solve your laptop's Touchpad/ Mousepad malfunctioning while charging.

    The most common problem for the laptop users being Erratic response of mouse/ touchpad of laptop while charging. And a lots of useless solutions are there saying/ asking for updating BIOS/ OS/ touchpad drivers, but sadly none of these actually solves the issues and the laptop touchpad continues to malfunction while charging.

Basically it is an Earthing problem. Touchpad generally malfunctions most when using a second charger which is not original. Although, sometimes original chargers also starts creating problem in the touchpad.

Solution:

    To sort out the problem, one can simply get a proper earth installed and the problem will vanish. But the problem is, we don't have proper earthing everywhere outside our houses as well.
Everywhere solution can be: Just find a metal point on your laptop, this metallic point acts as earth of the laptop. Whenever you are using the touchpad, simply touch the metallic part of your laptop. This will sort out your malfunctioning touchpad even while charging.
    At last, even if you can't find a metallic point on your laptop, you can use your charger's outer tip as earth. Simply wrap a small wire around that outer tip and wrap the other end of the wire on your hand, or use a ESD strap.

The DA hike for central government employees was pending since January 1, 2020. and due to the Second wave of Covid-19 the DA hike has been delayed by almost one month. Since the DA hike was expected to be around April 2021 end, has been declared in July 2021.     Like the Minister of state in Finance Ministry, Sh. Anurag Thakur said, the rate of DA increase effective from  01-01-2020, 01-07-2020, 01-01-2021 would be subsumed cumulatively in 01-07-2021 revision of DA.
